Dual sim phones like the Cubot X19 often carry the flaw of making one of the sim slots used for a second sim card slot a hybrid slot meaning it works as both an SD card slot or a Sim card slot which robs you of the option of using the phone as a dual sim phone and have an additional SD card to increase memory. Unfortunately, Cubot X19 model phones carry this flaw so you can have two Sim Nano sim size sim cards or one nano sim card and an SD card of up to 128GB in the X19 at once. If you are happy with the 64GB internal memory minus  8.55GB for Android 8.1 plus whatever other preinstalled apps the manufacturer (Cubot) have installed then it's not a problem. You do have other memory options like cloud storage but personally, I don't like using data to retrieve my data.
